Wet and Wild

This house was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed every minute we spent. The house has lots of amenities for adults and children. Fully stocked I will definitely recommend and stay again.

I needed to get my family out of the house where we have been since the Covid -19 pandemic began. A friend mentioned to me that he had taken his family on a cabin vacation in the Smokey Mountains. He provided me the company name and I began making plans for a surprise trip for my family. Booking with Edencrest was really easy and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and responsive they were to any of my questions or concerns. We arrived on Friday afternoon around 2 pm after a 9 hour drive. We weren't able to get into the cabin immediately as they were not finished treating the pool. We drove about 5 minutes away to locate the local grocery store, Food City. We were just entering the store when I received a text with the door access code and a message that the cabin was in fact ready for us. The grocery store was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Just outside the grocery store was a tent selling smoked bbq. We grabbed brisket and ribs to avoid having to cook after the long drive. They may only be there on the weekends, but I would highly recommend it, delicious.I wish I had recorded everyone's reaction as they toured the 4 bedroom cabin. The cabin was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. There was even an air fryer.The furniture was very comfortable and didn't have that used or beat up feeling to it.Everyone slept well and commented on how comfortable the beds were.I believe we used every amenity in the cabin. We played pool, video games, used the pool (a little cold), the hot tub, theatre room (great sound system) and sauna. We looked forward to cooking meals together in the large open kitchen.We contacted Edencrest while we there for an issue with the pool door and they had someone call back with a solution within minutes and followed up with someone responding to the cabin the next day to ensure the issue was resolved. The gas grill was very clean and worked with no issues. The double sided fireplace made grilling outside on cool evenings fun and comfortable.We had originally planned on leaving Tuesday morning but the entire family asked if we could stay one more night. I called Edencrest to check the cabins availability and they were able to extend our stay. As much fun as we had at the cabin we did manage to make it to Pigeon Forge a few times enjoying some of the activities there . We took the smaller kids to the Track where they enjoyed small rides. Adults and older kids raced fast Go Carts.As we were packing up the car to leave I met a gentleman who was just arriving at a cabin next door with his family . He asked me how we enjoyed our stay and I just started going on about how much we enjoyed it. The smile on his face made me realize I was missing something, he then let me know that he was actually one of the developers for the area and he was just glad to hear how much we enjoyed it. I apologize for not remembering his name but when you read this I hope you all enjoyed your stay as much as we did. I guess it goes without saying that I would definitely recommend the trip to families. I don't know the condition or quality of the other cabins but I can put my name to Wet and Wild being an excellent choice for families and Edencrest being a professional company.Thank you Edencrest for a much needed family getaway ,The Pillow family

We enjoyed this cabin. There was plenty of space for our family. The cabin was clean and very accessible. The staff at Eden Crest was great from the time of booking until our departure. We would absolutely stay with them again!

We really enjoyed this cabin. With three teenagers it was perfect. Plenty to do while at the cabin. Lots of room and very clean. Convenient to all the gatlinburg attractions, yet enough out to enjoy the peacefulness.
