The main great room of this inviting oasis is a perfect mixture of rustic charm and contemporary design. Boasting a soaring cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass that frames the panoramic mountain views, this space is wide open and perfect for entertaining. A buttery-soft leather sectional sofa and armchair surround the cozy stone fireplace. Above the crackling flames, there’s a large HDTV that’s ideal for a family Netflix night.

Next to the living area is a farmhouse-style dining table that is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the views. Next to this formal dining space is the open kitchen, where a casual bar adds additional seating. Stylish, midnight-blue Kraftmaid cabinetry surrounds the full suite of premier appliances— including an electric range, a large refrigerator, a high-efficiency dishwasher, and an in-drawer microwave. Pristine quartz countertops and a custom tile backsplash complete this chic space.

The first of four bedrooms is the private, primary bedroom suite, with a luxurious king-size bed sitting underneath a vaulted ceiling. This large room includes an HDTV and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink and a step-in shower. The second and third guest bedrooms each feature a comfy queen-size bed and an HDTV.

On the lower level, a secondary living area/home theater room includes a large HDTV, two plush sofas, an arcade game, and an Xbox (games not included). Then, right next to this fun and flexible space is the fourth and final bedroom which is a bunk room with two triple-decker twin/twin/twin bunk beds that kids of all ages love. This lower level also includes a full bathroom with a step-in shower.

Rocky Top Lagoon is filled with tons of extras and amenities that your whole crew will adore. First up is the heated indoor swimming pool, complete with a lovely, lagoon-style waterfall. Next, there’s the outdoor hot tub which is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail after a long day of Smoky Mountain adventures. This home was designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views, so there are multiple deck spaces for dining alfresco in the warmer months or simply relaxing with your morning mug of coffee and watching the sunrise. A Weber grill allows for some great grilling out opportunities and the firepit is the ideal spot to toast some marshmallows for dessert.

Centrally located in the serene gated community of Waldens Ridge, Rocky Top Lagoon is only minutes away from the entertainment and excitement of the Pigeon Forge Parkway, charming downtown Gatlinburg, and all of the popular Rocky Mountain hiking paths and mountain biking trails.
