As of March 1, 2026, Eden Crest is no longer the exclusive rental manager for the Laurel Estates community. While we are no longer accepting new reservations for this community or this home, the listing will remain active as we continue to care for and honor all existing reservations. Please note that the pool is climate controlled and kept at a comfortable yet refreshing temperature. While it is heated, it is designed to feel cool and invigorating rather than warm to the touch. This helps ensure a pleasant swimming experience for all guests.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
Children are allowed.
The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
CANCELLATIONS: * 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. * No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
It is highly recommended but not required for guests to purchase travel insurance. We cannot offer refunds under any circumstances for any payments/deposits made toward a reservation if the check-in day is less than 30 days.
