Overall Nice Experience

Rented for family reunion with 22 people. Lots of space. Fairly clean. Minimal issues with maintenance. When called, they showed up right away. Low water pressure, but sufficient enough. No yard whatsoever - pictures a little deceiving. Hammock unusable. Swing has no view and is on edge of mountain - not child friendly. Swimming accommodation sufficient, a little small. Never found fire pit area. Location is excellent! Parking was perfect! This unit seemed to have a very spacious driveway! Front porch was nice! Couches in living rooms are a little outdated, but we didn’t use very much. Most of our time was outdoors on porch or in dining rooms. Kids loved the game rooms! Had issues getting tvs to work - luckily we had 2 tech experts with us in the family! Overall, would recommend for large groups or families!

Great time

This cabin was great for our family get together. We have 8 separate family coming from everywhere. The bunk bed room was great for the kids and let parents have their own space which is a plus!! Only had a few things that need handle and was able to contact Eden Crest and it was handled right away. There was a few draw back the living room furniture definitely needs updated and the hammock was ripped so it's not able to be used and there is really no backyard there's a big drop off right there by the grills so we're a little hesitant to let the kids outside to play. Definitely had some water pressure issues with 10 bathrooms but all in all great time wonderful cabin. Like always we love renting thru Eden Crest!!

Family Reunion Perfection

I have three brothers and three sisters, each with their own families, so finding places to accommodate ALL of is incredibly difficult but Magnolia Place was a gem! Had everything we needed. The kiddos loved the bunk rooms and the adults just enjoyed being able to hang out with no worries. Hoping to book again in the future.

Great Experience!

We brought our Teens from our church for a retreat in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was excellent and very spacious! This is our 2nd year staying at one of the rentals. Our interaction with the staff was great as well. We had to call for maintenance issue, and they were very prompt in fixing the issue.
