Heavenly Haven Cabin

Exactly as pictured. Brand new and spotless. Absolutely perfect on the inside. Great for 2 couples or 2 small families. Could not find any better inside accommodations. A little closer to rows and rows of cabins than I wld prefer with no view but we loved our stay. My only complaint was the hot tub had just been drained and filled and wasnt warm enough to use the first night but by the next morning it was perfect. Would stay again.

An Awesome Place

This place was so awesome. It was so clean that I didn't see a strand of hair on the floor or any trash. Acosto definitely did an incredible job in making sure it was exceptionally clean. This getaway was perfect for me and my hubby as we celebrated Valentine's Day. We also was able to view the Super Bowl on the big screen in the game room area. The jetted tubs and two way fireplaces in the bedrooms were everything. Unfortunately, the weather wouldn't cooperate to get into the hot tub outside so I got into the jetted tub and it was wonderful.The fireplace in the living room area was also a treat. The kitchen was very spacious and contained anything needed to fulfill your cooking needs. I highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed. Kudos to Eden Crest and to the owners of this unit!

Amazing

If you are looking for a great vacation, book with Eden Crest!!!! We loved it so much that we booked 5 extra nights!My husband and I decided to go to TN for our 11th anniversary. We chose Heavenly Haven cabin with Eden Crest, which is located in Laurel Estates. Oh my, we drove through a snow storm in KY and while driving we received a call from Eden Crest saying the cabin we chose was without power due to the weather in TN. They reserved a cabin for us that was not acceptable to us, considering the cabin we had initially booked. Although, to their defense their priority was to house everyone during this act of God. I mean just think, they had to locate empty cabins, contact everyone they had to move, change bookings, hear complaints and through it all they were the kindest and most understanding individuals ever. Everyone we came into contact with at Eden Crest was absolutely wonderful. Since we didn't like the cabin they were putting us in they allowed us to choose from 2 other cabins, even during the power outage and bad weather, so we chose Divine Escape. This is no Heavenly Haven but it was nice, clean and pet friendly. It has a great balcony, hot tub, jetted tub and view. The next day we were able to move to the cabin we initially booked, Heavenly Haven. The cabin was AWESOME!!!! It was clean, beautiful, had everything one would need. The patio was AWESOME with the hot tub, grill and two way fireplace. The showers are huge, the jetted tubs were relaxing with the fireplaces and the spacious kitchen was fun to cook in. So what did we do? We stayed longer, which brings me to the next cabin, BearVue Point.......ANOTHER AWESOME cabin. Double fireplace, spacious kitchen and living area, double fireplace with jetted tub, great patio with a television might I add. One thing is for sure, we will be back and booking with Eden Crest! There variety of vacation homes can fit the needs of anyone. Thanks Eden Crest for your great hospitality and wonderful homes!Sharyn and Kevin.
