- SECURITY CAMERA: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for enhanced security.

- HOT TUB: Must be used responsibly. Not for children under 18 without adult supervision. Not for pets or if intoxicated or pregnant. Use at your own risk.

- OUTDOOR GRILL: Park-style grill available. Bring your own charcoal. Installed in the front yard for fire safety.

- PETS: Dogs welcome with an additional pet fee. One dog allowed. Please message if you have additional dogs.

- JUNIOR GUESTS: Infants and children welcome. High chair and Pack ‘N Play available.

- PRIVATE PARKING: Space available for 4-5 cars. There is another parking lot across the street from the driveway.
