With spacious accommodations spread across three levels, this cabin is perfect for larger groups and families. Situated on a private, one-acre lot, the property is easily accessible and features a flat driveway.
The main level features two oversized, covered porches. Unwind on the front porch in rocking chairs or a cozy swing, while the back porch invites you to relax around a large polywood picnic table or soak in the steamy hot tub. Additional outdoor amenities include a paverstone patio with a firepit and a concrete patio furnished with rocking chairs—ideal for enjoying quiet evenings under the stars.
The well-appointed gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with stunning granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island perfect for meal prep or conversation. For your morning coffee rituals, enjoy the custom coffee bar with both a Keurig and a traditional Mr. Coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large laundry room also includes a pantry for convenient storage. The formal dining room easily seats ten, perfect for family gatherings or meals.
A soaring, floor-to-ceiling fireplace adds both warmth and ambiance to the raised living room, which is furnished with plush leather seating and a handpicked selection of books from the Bandit Lodge Library. Each of the three luxurious bedrooms features a king-size foam mattress, premier hickory hardwood furniture, and ample space for relaxation.
For a truly unique experience, the cabin also boasts a charming four-bed queen-size bunk room, designed with a rustic camping lodge theme—a perfect space for storytelling and creating lasting memories.
Entertainment is taken to the next level at Bandit Lodge. The custom-built home theater features a 75-inch television, premium leather recliners, and an exotic hardwood bar crafted from authentic whiskey barrels. For fun-filled activities, the cabin is equipped with eight smart TVs, two of which offer cable access to 128 channels. Challenge your friends and family to a game of billiards, ping pong, air hockey, or arcade games, or take it outside with a corn hole setup.
The bathrooms are designed with spaciousness in mind and come equipped with makeup/shaving mirrors. Thanks to the cabin's tankless water heater, you’ll enjoy endless hot water throughout your stay. The cabin also includes a water treatment system. The decor is quintessentially lodge-style, with a harmonious blend of natural light and warm, inviting artificial lighting that creates the perfect ambiance.
When the weather’s warm, enjoy seasonal amenities such as access to an off-site Olympic-style pool (just five minutes away by car) and a year-round fishing pond.
Local attractions are just a short drive away. With easy access to the back entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Metcalf Bottoms is close by for scenic hikes and riverfront fun. The scenic Foothills Parkway is only two miles from the cabin, while the nearby chair lift offers breathtaking views. For thrill-seekers, alpine coasters and amusement parks are only 11 miles from your doorstep.
The cabin is frequented by a variety of local wildlife. Local wildlife artwork adorns the cabin, bringing the outdoors in.
For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a park-style grill is available for your use.
