Great spot!

This place was located in a great spot! You felt like you were in the woods but you didn't have to drive forever up those crazy winding mountain roads. Short trip everything & easy to find. Plenty of space too! Would like to come back and enjoy in the warmer months.

Lovely cabin

If you think this might be the cabin for you, you will not be disappointed! It’s secluded even though there are other cabins nearby. On the back deck you can hear traffic below but there isn’t enough to be bothersome. There is construction in the neighborhood which might bother some. Once inside the cabin, nothing is amiss. It is white glove clean. The bed is heavenly comfortable. The cabin is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen lacked nothing that I could think of. Having a half bath accessible from the kitchen/living area was very nice. On a personal note, my husband and I would have appreciated reclining sofa or loveseat. The new leather set is so beautiful and comfortable, but being elderly we had trouble getting up from the sofa/loveseat.

Time Spent in the Mountains

This was our second stay with Eden Crest, and another wonderful cabin. This “Around the Mountain” cabin was perfect for our trip, and comfortable for 4 people. The cabin was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you can think of and the view was amazing. The Christmas tree was such a nice touch for a December trip. I’m thankful that Eden Crest has cabins that also allow you to bring your dog. Thanks for another great Eden Crest trip, we will be back!

Perfect 5 star cabin!

5 stars for Around the Mountain cabin and Eden Crest. It was the absolute cutest cabin and as soon as you walk in you know it’s clean. You can tell the owners take care of things. We were so very comfortable, it felt like home. All of the furnishings are nice and comfortable. Bathrooms very clean and they leave lots of towels. Kitchen was also very clean. We have no complaints about our stay. The drive is only 9 minutes from the parkway, not bad at all, one hairpin turn but the drive is easy and there are at least 3 different ways to get there which makes it convenient to go different directions. Booking, check in and check out was very easy with Eden Crest. It was only 2 of us but a family of 4 would be comfortable here. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Eden Crest and Around the Mountain, everything was great!

Home away from home

We arrived at the check in office late in the evening. The sign locating where it is could be bigger or better lighting on it. All the paper work was finished in less than a minute. Drove to the cabin without much issue finding it. Being from the country helped with the back roads. The cabin was everything the advertising described!! The alarm system did go off but by entering the numbers it shut off. The cabin was spotless. Had read other reviews and was wondering what we were in for but this property was beyond what we expected. Was much more than what the wife and I needed for our stay, but being our 30th anniversary it was Great!! I found a few things to report to the office but nothing to give us problems. I would recommend this property for folks wanting a great experience Around the Mountain

Very well appointed and nice cabin.. Enjoyed our stay. Coffee maker was missing the carafe.. one call to Edencrest and they sent out a New Coffee maker..
