Magnolia Place is perfect for group gatherings of all kinds with sleeping to accommodate 46 people. Your group function will find everything they need in Magnolia Place and then some. Located across the street from Dollywood and Splash County Magnolia Place has 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms plus 2 separate bunk rooms to sleep 46 people. These two units in one building provides you with 2 separate kitchens and a large dining hall provides you with ample assembly opportunities. If you are needing the space there are also two conference centers and a wedding venue on site with breakout rooms and catering kitchens. Magnolia Place offers high speed internet and cable TV free of charge. If you have special needs just let us know and we will quickly work to help you meet those needs.

Great Experience!
We brought our Teens from our church for a retreat in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was excellent and very spacious! This is our 2nd year staying at one of the rentals. Our interaction with the staff was great as well. We had to call for maintenance issue, and they were very prompt in fixing the issue.

Family Reunion Perfection
I have three brothers and three sisters, each with their own families, so finding places to accommodate ALL of is incredibly difficult but Magnolia Place was a gem! Had everything we needed. Great time
This cabin was great for our family get together. We have 8 separate family coming from everywhere. The bunk bed room was great for the kids and let parents have their own space which is a plus!! Only had a few things that need handle and was able to contact Eden Crest and it was handled right away. There was a few draw back the living room furniture definitely needs updated and the hammock was ripped so it's not able to be used and there is really no backyard there's a big drop off right there by the grills so we're a little hesitant to let the kids outside to play. Definitely had some water pressure issues with 10 bathrooms but all in all great time wonderful cabin. Like always we love renting thru Eden Crest!!- Angela C from Strawberry Plains, Posted:
