Nice enough, but don\'t waste your money on the trip insurance

I\'ll start out by saying the eden crest people managing this unit were very easy to reach and very helpful. This unit wAs nice enough. Clean and pretty well maintained. well lit, Wide angle Photos make it look bigger and brighter than it actually is. You have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the unit, and there is no view but trees from the back deck. We have and old dog, and she had to be carried up and down the stairs every time we walked her. This review area won\'t allow me to adjust the number of stars, and is already filled in for 5 stars. I would take off a star for the very poor travel insurance. My wife hurt her knee and we had to check out three days early and drive home because she couldn\'t negotiate the stairs or walk around the property or pigeon forge. my claim for trip interruption was denied, despite us checking out three days early, because it seems we would have had to go and get a doctor to verify that she was hurt. That would have been a lot of hassle and expense. MY WIFE WORKED FOR THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY FOR DECAdes, and told me it was common for companies to deny claims the first time around, because most people don\'t fight it. Don\'t waste your money on the trip insurance.
