Couples Trip 2021

Wow!! Yes, this home is beautiful! My husband and I along with 4 other couples spent a weekend here at this fabulous property! From check-in to check-out I must say thank you to the management team. EVERYONE was very pleasant, patient, kind, informative and simply delightful during our stay. Our 1st night we had a leak under the kitchen sink. I called, the work order was submitted and less than 30 minutes later someone was knocking on the door. The maintenance guy was very friendly and was patient with answering whatever questions we had about anything! The next day we decided to use the gas grill for dinner. A couple of the husbands couldn’t figure out how to get it started. Again, I called the front desk and everything was handled with care and quickly. I was informed that there’s a safety switch that must be turned on in order for the gas to work. Before they figured it out good, maintenance was at the door! A very kind hearted gentleman came in, took a look for us, he also helped get one of the televisions working and answered several questions we had! Customer service gets 5 stars!!! I’m not one to complain much & I won’t do that here. I will say each room has a king size bed, some of the mattresses weren’t as comfortable as the others. Remember, there were 5 couples all together. We were each able to discuss our likes and dislikes about the room we occupied. The cookware in the kitchen wasn’t the best. We made it work for what we needed. EVERYTHING stuck to the frying pan (SS). We improvised & got through! I loved that the house is NOT located up a steep and winding road!! The jacuzzi tub did get that hot and the jets weren’t strong, however, I would definitely recommend you stay at this property. The things I mentioned are minuscule, they can be fixed! The elevator was a huge plus! One of the spouses had double knee replacement surgery a few years ago... the elevator came in handy!!! I gave 4 stars due to the things I listed that were minuscule! Please patronize this property, you won’t be disappointed!!!
