A variety of choices are available in every size and every price range.  Many of our resorts have club houses available for rent at reasonable rates that are wonderful for groups of 20-80 people.  All club houses have kitchen facilities available.  Many offer full public address systems that can be useful for corporate meetings or group gatherings.

Larger functions may call for an elaborate setup with catering, live music, linen draped tables and space for dancing, which fit perfectly at some of our local ball rooms and conventions centers that can be rented by the day.  While other occasions are simple, casual, carry-ins or picnics for family and friends that work perfectly at some of our local FREE Park Pavilions.

Meeting space for larger functions can be set up according to the needs of your event.  Banquet, classroom or theater seating can be arranged and waiting for you on arrival, as well as various combinations of these on different days.  Presentation aids from podiums and overhead projectors to full stages are available.

Due to the high demand and popularity of all these facilities, reservations are absolutely necessary and booking early is recommended for the best selection.  Most meeting space is available for rent by the day, while a few select locations will rent by the half-day.  A cleanup fee is normally charged, as well as a fee for setup of the public address systems, in addition to the rental amounts.
