The Spotlight Bakery at Dollywood offers a huge variety of single portion pastries, rolls, cookies, cakes and other delectable baked specialties.  And the portions are generous, to say the least, so you're sure to have your fill.  The Gristmill at Dollywood features fresh-baked cinnamon bread, made from flour milled on-site.
